Today we’re sharing travel essentials you need for your summer trip.

I really want to talk about this first one because I have this and I absolutely love it.

The Dagne Dover Landon Carryall bag is the perfect bag for a quick weekend summer trip.

It is a duffel style bag.

It’s made of like a gorgeous neoprene fabric.

So it’s soft, it’s cushy, it has tons of pockets, even 1 padded pocket for your laptop in the side.

They come in beautiful colors.

Mine is like a muted kind of like purplish pinkish but my and has one.

I met up with him in the airport and he had the black one and now I see them all over the airport too.

They’re the perfect little bag for a quick getaway.

You could also use it as an additional bag to put on top of your carry on or your checked bag when you’re going to the airport.

But if you’re going on a summer trip, I highly, highly recommend this bag.

Well, you know, I’ve been on this journey to find the best luggage this year.

I’ve had a lot of breakdowns and I got this one and I’ve used it for a week long vacation and it was absolutely perfect.

It also comes in a lot of really cute colors.

Mine is like this earthy muted pink tone, super pretty, but they have a ton of other colors and they have different sizes too.

I have the 25 inch which was perfect for a week summer trip.

It fits all your bikinis, all your dresses, all your heels.

I think I packed like 6 different pairs of shoes in this.

You definitely could pack a 10 to 14 day trip in here if you were packing more conservatively than I was and you didn’t need to bring 6 pairs of shoes.

But I really really like it.

And you can also match your Landon carryall back with it.

And you can be real cutesy.

I might have to get one because I saw your pictures and videos of it and it is super cute and I love the color but I would probably go like your friend did and get a just classic black.

It’s got a lot of functionality too.

It’s not just cute, it opens like a trunk, but it also has a front zipper pocket so it could open like clamshell as well.

So you got options there.

It’s the wheels are colored too which I found made it really really easy to spot in baggage claim with all the other baggages that are out there.

And the spin on the wheels, like you can just push it and it will fly.

After having a really shitty checked bag once that was such a pain in the ass to pull around, this is a welcome relief.

My checked bag has terrible wheel spin and function on it and I definitely need a new one, so this is absolutely on the list for me personally. #3 on our list is the Cerave Tinted Moisturizer SPF, which I love because it’s lightweight.

It has a sheer tint and it’s even good for humid destinations, which is perfect because when you’re out there in humidity, you don’t want your makeup to be sweating off.

And this is just lightweight enough and sheer enough to give you that tint.

And it’s easy to add the sunscreen to your face, your neck and chest.

It’s just a really quick beauty routine.

I’m constantly looking for more ways to get SPF on my face.

So tinted moisturizer in your foundation, whatever whatever.

But when you’re in those humid destinations, I don’t want to put foundation on.

No, it just feels too heavy.

Yeah, and it like melts off and then it like slides onto other things.

This is what I found to be one of the most perfect tinted SPF moisturizers. #4 on our list is going to be irrechargeable bladeless neck fan.

Now when Brittany and I went to Thailand, we ordered this.

I’m not going to lie, I was a little embarrassed because I thought to myself, this is absolutely crazy to have.

But then it’s just so practical.

You’re in a hot, humid place here for summer doesn’t necessarily have to be Thailand, but then these fit around your neck and then it just provides beautiful airflow to help really cool you off.

So if you can get over the thought process of what this is and maybe people are judging, you’re really going to enjoy this because I’ll tell you what, I’ve seen other people rock and wear these around and it really makes you that much cooler if you’re going to be outside for a long period of time during the summer doing whatever it is that you’re going to be doing.

Yeah, I don’t care how it looks.

I’ve even used it out here in Austin, TX during our hot, humid days.

It saves lives.

And ladies bladeless because you do not one that has blades that spin, you do not want your hair to get stuck in that so very important to use the bladeless neck fan charges with the USB cord and it’s fantastic.

It’d be good if you’re planning to go to sporting events where you’re going to be like sitting in bleachers in the sun.

This is a summer lifesaver.

Absolutely.

I’m not even embarrassed about it anymore.

This is really I’m cool and I’m comfortable with it, don’t even care. #5 on our list is the Mega Babe Thigh Rescue Anti Friction stick and let me tell you as a girl with thicker thighs, this stuff really works.

It’s perfect to wear before you go hiking because it helps prevent that chafe and irritation.

But other than your thighs you can use it like under your arms which I haven’t, or even your bra line but definitely should have this, especially if you’re going somewhere hot and humid or you’re going to be doing a lot of hiking or walking in an area.

Sometimes when I wear skirts, I wear this just to help prevent that friction.

You don’t want that skin burn from chafing.

That is no fun, especially if you’re going to go and jump into the ocean after that.

Nobody wants that number six, a laptop sun shade hood.

This is for all my remote girlies out there, or remote men out there, or just anyone who’s going to be using a laptop while you’re outside during the summer.

First of all, your laptop gets really hot, so this shade pops up around it and it protects your laptop from getting hot so you can actually stay outside a little bit longer.

Imagine this, you’re in a sun lounger, you’re next to a pool, you’ve just ordered a pina colada, you’ve got your laptop out there, you’ve got your green screen fake background on for your meeting calls, and you’ve got your sun shade on protecting your laptop.

And the other reason why this is so amazing, other than the heat protection, you can’t even see your screen out.

In the summer.

I work remotely and so I’ll go work from a coffee shop sometimes or from the pool.

And it’s so frustrating because I have to take my sunglasses off to look at the laptop screen, but then my eyes are burning and I can still barely see it and I’m burning in the sun anyway.

So it’s like, do you sit in the shade?

Then you’re not getting a tan.

You don’t have to worry about all this with the laptop hood because you can do both.

That’s a lot of logistics to think about.

I just recently saw a real and they had something like this a laptop sun shade and they were actually working in the pool and they had the their laptop on a floaty and the floaty had like a spot for their drink and everything so they could work and enjoy the pool at the same time.

Yeah, this is going to come in handy if you’re going to be working while on the go anywhere this summer.

So I just think anytime sun hits a screen, it could even be your cell phone.

You really can’t see it very well.

A lot of laptops and even phones now, they have light sensors to see how much lights coming in that will adjust the lighting on it.

But that doesn’t even really do it well.

So yeah, this will help make sure that you can see that screen, especially for you, Kim, or anybody else who’s doing that outside works during the summer.

But #7 on our list is going to be Liquid IV.

You know, we love Liquid IV.

It prevents dehydration while traveling, whether it be after a long day of hiking or even sitting in an airplane.

We know we don’t drink as much water as we should on an airplane.

Plus, the really dry air also makes you dehydrated.

If you want to be really wild, depending on the flavor, sometimes it creates great mixer.

I’m just going to come out and say it.

And.

So when I was in Jamaica, I had my cup with iced vodka and some water and liquid IV and it was the best cocktail.

You’re hydrating while you’re getting a little faded.

Hydrating, getting your electrolytes, maybe it helps you wake up the next day feeling better because you are actually hydrated, but nevertheless, beyond the alcohol and mixer side effect of it if you wanted to use it that way.

Liquid IV we really love, has a great variety of flavors and of course prevents dehydration.

Very easy to carry when you are traveling. #8 is something pretty interesting.

It’s a phone lanyard crossbody with a phone tab.

And what this means is on one side of it, there’s a sticky tab that you’ll put on the inside of your phone case.

And then it is a lanyard that turns your phone into a necklace.

So this is super convenient if you’re out walking around doing a lot of sightseeing and whatnot.

But why we’re also recommending it is because of the safety factor.

You can hook it into the inside of your purse.

So if someone were to try to take your phone out, it’s connected through this lanyard.

Really smart, especially there’s a lot of places where there’s a lot of theft, and so this is just one extra layer of protection for you #9 on our list is the Super goop resetting refreshing mist.

I’m always looking for a facial mess that helps set up your makeup.

And this one also has some UV protection.

I know Kim, you were talking about trying to get some SPF on your face and all of that.

So this one works really good.

I’m always on the lookout.

I’ve tried probably like 3 or 4 products now and this one is definitely my favorite.

This one is amazing and here’s a little hack for you squaties.

This product by Super Goop is FSA and HSA eligible, so you can buy this tax exempt with your FSA or HSA fund, which is exactly what I did and I bought it off of Amazon, which has an FSA store with tons of other SPF products in it.

I have used this one.

You spray it over your makeup so you know you’re supposed to put SPF on every two hours.

But if you have makeup on, that’s not going to happen.

But now you can with this and this one feels so refreshing.

So I highly recommend this one.

It doesn’t leave you feeling oily either. #10 On our list is going to be Zoomies 100% Cotton Quick Dry Large Travel towel.

This one is a really good towel because it’s soft, thin, compact and highly absorbent and really lightweight.

So it’s a very easy towel to carry on the go for any of your summer activities whether it be pool, lake, ocean, gym, doesn’t really matter.

Really good and it dries really, really quickly.

It could be from soaking completely drenched and dry within a couple of of hours, so you don’t really have to worry if you get it wet the day before packing up the next day.

It’s going to be wet in my suitcase.

It’s just going to be dry and ready to go for you and very easy and compact to travel with.

Super compact like the size of a water bottle which is makes it really easy to put in your beach bag.

I I actually might be buying this one very soon because I ordered a very very special crochet tote bag that I don’t think is going to arrive here before my Europe trip and this one just screams Europe. #13 on the list is going to be the brewmate era 30 oz Tumblr with handle and of course the straw.

Why we really like this one is because it’s a leak proof it has a cap also for the straw.

So you don’t really have to worry about anything getting in the straw flies bugs regardless of where you are or even helping with the spillage and it’s perfect to bring to the pool, beach or anywhere else.

And I, I don’t want to advocate doing anything illegal, but why I really like it for the beach is lots of beaches definitely don’t allow drinking on the beach And you have a Tumblr here.

Well, but a lot do.

That is very true.

But if you happen to go someplace it’s not, you know, this Tumblr is the perfect concealer here for you.

And I really like it.

But beyond doing the naughty and doing stuff illegal and bringing alcohol to the beach, nevertheless, this is a really great Tumblr to have lots of variety of different colors.

And I really like the fact that it doesn’t leak on you and very versatile regardless before you take it.

It’s perfect because you don’t want to have to keep getting up from your beach chair, going back to your hotel room, refilling your cup, coming back to the pool, or even walking back up to the bar for a refill of your cup.

This is a really good replacement for spray and it’s deep free.

Sometimes when I’m spraying on bug spray, you know, when you inhale and it just like, just smells like you’re breathing in chemicals.

This is not like that.

So you just wear them around your wrist.

Perfect if you’re traveling to like, let’s say, Texas, because Texas is known for their mosquitoes.

And they’re out now.

They are.

I have bites all over me.

My friend actually gave me one of these bracelets last year.

That’s how I discovered them.

And I was like, no way would this work.

You’re wearing it on your wrist.

Or sometimes I wear it on my ankles because mosquitoes fly low.

It actually works.

Yes, I hate those little ankle biters.

Every time we’re in a place with mosquitoes and we’re out at dinner or something, they always come around my feet, in my ankles.

So putting one around your ankles definitely helps.

Anytime we talk about mosquitoes, I always feel like we mentioned they’re not really prevalent here in California.

Not to say that they’re not here, but I don’t get torn up.

But the moment I go to another country or any other state, mosquitoes are abundant.

So anytime we travel, these are great to have.

And yeah, really the inconspicuous, yeah, it’s going to be a bracelet or a little anklet, depending on what you do, but definitely better than spraying yourself sometimes, depending on what spray you’re using and how strong of a smell that.

And then you’re not bringing an extra liquid in case you’re going through Heathrow and you know how they are.

I know how they are at Heathrow, it’s terrible.

And one last thing I want to say about these, they’re reusable.

So they’re almost like those pigtail curly Q hair bands.

That’s what they look like.

So they don’t look too weird when they’re on your wrist.

But once you use it for a couple hours or whatever, you put it back in the little plastic zip lock baggy thing that it comes in and you can reuse it.

I used my last one my friend gave me last summer the entire summer.

I still have it.

I’m going to test it out and see if it’s still going.

#15 And final is a small portable camping chair.

I have been in the market for one of these because camping chair life is real out here in Texas, but they’re just good to bring.

Any time you’re going camping, you’re going to an outdoor concert, which are really popular in this summer.

Or even if you’re going hiking somewhere and you don’t want to set up a picnic blanket.

This one in particular is the smallest, most compact chair I have ever seen.

It goes so small, it’s it’s almost like, I would say one to two water bottles is about as small as it gets.

You can put it in your backpack and it’s very lightweight.

Yeah, I was going to say the same thing.

You took the words right out of my mouth.

It packs down to the size of what would be a water bottle or just a little bit larger.

So very easy to carry and bring with you wherever you’re going to be going, compacts down and beyond just the easy to bring, very comfortable to sit in just as well because sometimes you know, you get camping chairs or any sort of set up chairs and they’re not very comfortable.

This one here quite comfortable and very easy to move around.

So definitely worth a pick up for whatever summer activities you’re going to be doing.
