Hedonism II in Negril, Jamaica is a nude lifestyle friendly couples resort. Half the resort is naked required and the other half is clothing optional but a lot of people are naked over the too. 

I had never done anything “lifestyle” or really met anyone outside of the guy I went with that dabbled or lived it. So I was new to A LOT but also learned a lot and want to share it for anyone else considering going and looking for a real experience of what it’s like. 

I only went for SwingBreakers week in march 2025, which is meant for swinger couples. The crowd it draws is people typically under 45. There may have been a couple older but majority were in their 30s or early 40s from the people I met and everyone I met was so friendly, good looking, fun, and happy. The people really make the experience!

Hello fellow travelers.Hey, squaddies.Welcome to this weeks episode of the Travel Squad Podcast.Today we are taking you to Jamaica to spend a week at a very unique all inclusive resort.This was my very first experience at an all inclusive resort and I absolutely loved it.

I’m already thinking about taking another trip, maybe to Cabo or Cancun just to do an all inclusive by myself.And we’re going to talk about this all inclusive and why I fell in love with it so much.But this particular all inclusive is very, very unique.So before we get into it, I do want to give a warning.

Have you ever heard of Hedonism 2 before this?I had not.Hedonism is a mostly clothing optional, lifestyle friendly couples resort in beautiful Negril, Jamaica.The resort itself is an amazing, beautiful place, but it’s so much more than that.

So if you are listening to this episode by this point, you probably are OK with what we’re about to talk about.And the reason I really wanted to put this episode out there is because there’s not a lot of content about clothing optional, all inclusives, and there’s not a lot of content out there on the Internet about lifestyle friendly travel, which as I’ve come to realize, is a very big travel market.

I had no idea before I went to this resort.I went because a friend invited did me and we went together.But I think there’s a real need for information on the Internet about this, which is why I’m going to be very vulnerable and talk about this trip and share as much detail as I can without being, you know, graphic or what not.

But I’ll just kind of get into it a little bit.Yeah, I was really intrigued when you told us that you were going to this clothing optional resort.And so in my head, I just picture people just walking around naked everywhere.And I’ve kind of talked to you a little bit about it, but like, explain to our audience, how often are you wearing clothing?

And when is it OK to and not to wear clothing?And is that what it’s truly like?That’s definitely what it’s like, and I’m glad you asked us because I was curious about this information too, right?My friend Cruz invited me on this trip.He’s been before.I had not.

I was looking on Reddit for information.I joined the Facebook group for information and you’ll get information there.But what it’s actually like is mostly naked.On one side of the resort, it’s clothing optional and one side of the resort it’s naked required.

You have to be naked.In fact, the security will come over and tell you to remove your towel even if it’s wrapped around you on this side.The side that’s clothing optional has beach, pool day beds.The restaurant is over there.All the restaurants are over there.Oh, by the way, in the restaurants you do have to be covered.

You can’t be naked at all in the restaurant or the gym.But even on the clothing optional side, I would say about half the people were nude on the beaches and walking around the resort on that side.The other side of the resort is resort rooms, the big hot tub, the big pool where the pool parties are, the pool bar and pool restaurant and naked required.

And so I know you’re at an all inclusive resort and a lot of the times all inclusive resorts provide other activities to also explore where you’re staying because I know it’s a very special week.Were you mostly focused at the resort or did you do anything off property?I did not leave the resort I was wanting to when I first went into it, but you have so much fun while you’re there and there really is a lot to do on the resort that we didn’t end up leaving the resort.

They do have a really nice gym at the resort.You can go out on catamaran boat rides, there’s parasailing, jet skiing, kayaking.You can take floaties out in the ocean and swim.There’s different excursions you could go on or independently leave the resort and go explore the Negril area.

But most of the people are here at the resort to have fun because this is not the trip you go on to explore Jamaica.You are sat at the resort.Half of the fun of being here is the people that you meet.The people are insanely friendly, so nice.

Like I walked away with friendships that I will have for years to come.You don’t usually get that when you go on trips, even at a regular all inclusive resort.Yeah, it’s a very intimate setting and you’re getting to know these people in a different way.So life on friendships for sure.

And like I said, I had, I’ve never done anything in the lifestyle as I have come to realize that terminology.Most people there had.The person that I’d went with had been there before.So he knew a bit about it.He kind of told me a little bit about what the experience was like.I went during Swing Breakers Week, which is in March, March 2025.

They do another one in September 25.So the vibe at HITO can change depending on what they call takeovers.This is a takeover.Swing Breakers.It’s for couples under 45 and most of the people there were 30s to 40.So people my age, they were young, fun, good looking, nice, friendly, energetic people I would be friends with outside of this, people who are working professionals, doctors, lawyers, executives, DJ’s, dancers, just your average people who you would be friends with.

And it’s a really cool environment.It’s just they’re all swingers.And so when it’s not a takeover event, is anyone allowed to go to HITO?That’s a great question and yes, that is true.It depends on the week.

There are different takeovers that happen.So look at the schedule for what kind of what you’re looking for in your age group or what you want to get out of it.On any average week, it’s open to anyone, of course, of age.And yeah, and then the group gets more diverse.I’ll kind of get into this towards the end of the week as the groups change over, you start to see the new group that comes in and the vibe does change.

Yeah, because I had heard you say at one point that it’s like a five day minimum, but I think you stayed for a full week.So some people are kind of leaving, new people are coming in.So there’s kind of that change in the last few days, right?Yes, yes, good point.

I didn’t book it.Cruz booked it, so he booked it for seven days.When I’ll say when I go again, because I did have a really great time, I would just go for five days.OK, what else do you want to tell us before you dive into the good stuff?Yeah, so this episode is going to be a little bit different.

There’s a lot I want to talk about because you’re at an all inclusive.Your days are going to be breakfast, beach, pool, party, night party.It’s kind of the same thing every day.The experiences and the people that you’re with or what make it.But before I get into all of that, Swing Breakers Week is spring break.

So you have that party vibe, that spring break vibe, but it’s swing breaker.So it’s meant for swinger couples.Everyone I saw was in a couple.Most people were married.Many of them were married for 1020 years.Super strong, solid, supportive couples.

The most commutative, strong couples I have ever met.There was absolutely no jealousy, no insecurity.I was kind of shocked actually.Like couples that I aspire to be on that level because they’re just so like solid with each other.

So Swing Breakers Week does imply you’re swinging, right?So we’re going to talk about that.And that’s why I gave the warning in the beginning.There will be some discussion of sex.I’m not going to give give up too much information.I’m not going to mention anybody’s name.I do want it still to be anonymous, but not everyone there is swinging.

There’s a necklace system that I’ll talk about on day one, but I would say 90% of the couples are swinging.Some couples though, are there to just soft swap, which is making out or other things, not sex.Some people there are just to watch.

They like to watch.Some people are just there because they like hito and they like the vibe and they’re not playing.That’s another lingo term play.They’re not playing.I met people of the entire spectrum while I was there and regardless of where you sit on the spectrum, you are welcome at HITO Swing Breakers.

Now if you are interested in the swing side of things, which you know more power to you if you are, it really is a place where you can do that.You can and you will find another couple to swing with.Everyone, like I said, is so friendly, so open and that’s what they’re there for too.

So if you want to be direct, have the conversation.Oh, and that was another thing that on the communication, consent and communication is so alive and thriving here even to say, can I sit on your lap?Like it’s really there.So just be commutative and have fun when you are there.

You will see it all.Cruz told me this.He said you’ll see sex and stuff everywhere and so I knew that going into it.But until you actually see it in person, you truly cannot imagine what it’s like to see blowjobs at the poolside, girls going down on girls and sex and it’s all over.

The pool party is definitely where it gets wild and crazy like any other spring break trip would, but you will see it all over for the resort.Even the entertainment plays into it and so lean into it.It’s it’s a place where like no other place in the world, you can really be free and lean into it.

From an outsider and you going for your first time, it just sounds like you learned so much about the lifestyle, the people about something that’s not really talked about and that could be considered like taboo, right?And there’s not a lot of content on this.So for me, listening as a first time in like hearing about your experience first hand, it’s very interesting to hear your experience and see it through your eyes.

And I never felt threatened.Like, honestly, if I go out with my girls, I feel more uncomfortable with the advances that men make on me and my single friends than I ever did once here.It’s a very safe place.And although you’re going to see some of the craziest swinging sex stuff you’ve ever seen in your life, it’s not scary, it’s not dangerous.

And that’s also very a very freeing thing to feel when out in the real world.It’s scary place.And I know it was Swing Break and you talked about themed nights.I want to hear about what the themes were for each day.Yeah, the theme nights were really fun.Theme nights mostly come into play for the night parties.

There’s always a party at night and there’s always a theme.There was only one day that the theme came through during the day and you’ll get why.So first night we showed up, it was Pirates in Sea and you’ll know about this ahead of time so that you can plan your outfits and you definitely should.

It’s it’s fun to dress up.So first night was Pirates RC.Second night was Halloween in March.Then it was Monday.It was Saint Patrick’s Day.So it was like Saint Patrick’s Day, pot of gold.Tuesday was EDM disco.Wednesday was fetish night.Fetish night got crazy.

Thursday was Space Cowboys or Wild West, and Friday was Masquerade.Very interesting that they would save the masquerade kind of for last.I would think that would be like an interesting one to start with.Like if people were kind of shy like coming in because by the end you know everyone.

But interesting nonetheless.I thought the same thing and I think Masquerade was like my least favorite night I think.Maybe you should write to them and tell them to put it at the beginning.Maybe you’ll like it more.Well, those people that came in for the next crew, it was one of their first nights, so maybe they were catering to them, I don’t know.

But I definitely would say dress up because it it keeps it interesting, it keeps it fun.After dinner you go back to your room and change and it’s like the whole vibe changes and everyone gets into it and it’s a really good time.So Kim, I know you probably have some tips for us because you were in Jamaica, but you have to get to the resort.

So I’m sure you have tips for that.About the resort itself, dive into your tips before we go into the episode.Tips, tips, tips.Yeah, more than just the tip here on this one.But first tip is arrange a private or shared shuttle before you get to that airport.

I have never seen such a hectic airport other than Montego Bay, Jamaica.It was a madhouse in there so I would even recommend a private.We did a shared shuttle and we ended up having to wait for people that never showed up, so it killed a lot of time.

We could have been there an hour earlier maybe.It’s a 2 hour drive from the airport to Hedonism, so you’re going to be in that shuttle for quite a while.The upside of doing a shared shuttle though is the people that you share the shuttle with end up being your shuttle buddies.You’ll see them around the resort and they’re your friends.

We were with one other couple and we talked with them a bunch on the drive there and we kept seeing them almost every day throughout the resort and talking about what you do yesterday and are you having fun and just like sharing stories.So that’s the upside of the shared one.But either way, just arrange that ahead of time for a shared shuttle, about $80.00 per person each way.

On the way home I did a private car back to the airport because I had an early morning flight and that was $150.00.That’s still not bad for a 2 hour drive.It’s not terrible.HITO has a five night minimum stay.Everyone comes in on a Saturday.Well, not everyone, but I would recommend you come in on a Saturday because you’re going to meet a lot of people on that first day.

If you come in on say, a Sunday or a Monday, friendships have already been formed.Not that you won’t form friendships, but it’s really exciting to get there on the Saturday and then leave on the Thursday.That is what I will do next time.Or I would maybe go easy those last two days or even leave the resort and go off and do other things in Jamaica those last two days.

That’s a way to see Jamaica your last two days.Use them to explore.Yeah, go on a boat or go go Cliff diving or something.Another tip for you, At least when I went in Swing Breakers week, you’re going to see drugs of all kinds.This is not a tip saying to do them, but it’s a tip to let you know that no one will be pressuring you to do anything.

It’s a very supportive environment.They really actually like take care of each other in this environment.So if you’re like, no, I don’t want to do that.That will be the end of the conversation.But if you are interested, there are Jamaicans that walk along the beach who say the pharmacy is open and that’s your cue to to have a conversation, some lingo that you might want to know that you’ll learn very quickly here.

Play means have some type of sexual interaction with another person or couple.We’re not playing right now is a very kind way to just say no.I think that was one thing.I was like, what are you saying?If you want to say no or like you know you’ve had enough or you’re not interested in that couple, just say we’re not playing right now.

And it’s like I said, very no pressure.That will truly be the end of it.You will not be like harassed like you are out in the real world.Sometimes Jamaica can also be pretty hot and humid, so just dress appropriately for that.Even at night it can be pretty hot still.

And then I saw a lot of questions about this in the Hedonism Facebook group, people asking what rooms are best, what rooms to get.We got a room, they call it the prude side, which is the clothing optional side.We got a room right there.It was very close to the gym.It had been newly remodeled.

That was a fine place to be.But in my opinion, the best rooms are the balcony or the hot tub rooms on the nude side.The nude side is where all the fun is.It’s much more popular.You’re really close to the pool.I like it over there.They also have hot tub rooms on the prude side which is more quiet, more private, and then you have your own private hot tub which is really nice too.

What made you book the room that you booked?Cruise booked that room.I don’t know what what inspired that for him.Pricing is different based on each room.So of course the hot tub room on the nude side is probably going to be at the higher end and like a interior room on the prude side will be maybe more affordable.

So now I’m just wondering, what did you pack other than your themed outfits to Jamaica for this all inclusive trip?I actually packed in my brand new Dagny Dover checked luggage.I checked a bag for this.Trip and I said, Kim, why are you checking a bag?

Because you’re going to just be wearing pasties the whole time in bikinis.Yeah, I did bring bikinis.I, I brought a ton of different shoes to go with the different outfits.I brought a lot of stuff and some stuff I didn’t need.And I’ll tell you what I didn’t need when we get to the end here, but the things you definitely will need are sunscreen.

We went through all of our sunscreen that we brought because you’re going to be fully exposed.You want to reapply multiple times.You’re going to be in and out of the water.Bring a plastic Tumblr with a lid for the pool so you don’t get pool water in your drink.I ended up losing mine, so I’d maybe even suggest bringing more than one.

It is is provided in the welcome bag that they give you, but it is nice to have more than one just in case.That’s a backup.Definitely bring those outfits and shoes for the theme nights.I think when I go again next year, if if I go again next year or whatever the next time is, I’m going to try to position my outfits to reuse shoes because I brought like 6 different pairs of heels and maybe I could plan a little better next time.

Bikinis.I did bring bikinis and I did wear bikinis every morning when we went to breakfast and we went out on to the beach.On the clothing optional side, I was in a bikini so I did get to use my bikinis.But then once you go to the pool party on the nude side, bikinis not worn for very long.

You can bring fun stuff.Lot of people brought fun stuff like sex toys, body paint, rhinestones, lights for your room, things like that.Things that just make the party more fun.Lube and condoms.Definitely going to want to bring that.I would say from what I saw, condom use was very rampant.

So if you’re worried about that, I know I’ve seen a lot of questions in the Facebook group regarding that.Personal choice, but just bring them just in case.The shop on site is extremely expensive.We bought like 3 like gatorades, 2 waters and some liquid Ivs and it was like $100.

Oh my gosh, so expensive.So bring your own condoms or just pay the pretty penny for them.I would also recommend bringing vitamins that help to boost your immune system.Brittany, what would some of those vitamins be?Vitamin C, elderberry, vitamin DS, also good for your immune system, Multivitamins.

Great, anything really, but just keep your immunity up.Yeah, I did not do that.And I got really sick at the end of the trip, like the last day I started feeling sick and you could might hear it in my voice right now.I’m still sick.I checked in with Cruz.He also got really sick.

He said he gets sick every time he leaves there.And I mean, it just makes sense.You’re drinking all day, You’re in a pool with a bunch of people.You’re running your immune system down South.Try to fight it with some vitamins.Might even want to bring Cipro or penicillin just in case.The things you will not need are panties.

I didn’t wear panties the whole time.No, you didn’t pack to shit yourself three times a day.No, you really don’t need panties this time.You really don’t need day outfits either.I didn’t wear anything during the day because we were at the pool.I did wear usually an outfit for dinner and then I changed into the outfit for the theme night.

So I I did have some night outfits, night dresses that I wore.I also brought my own beach bag but you don’t need it because at least for this one they provided a beach bag and a bunch of other fun stuff in it like a butt plug that I did not end up using.They’ll give you a butt plug too.

It was a very long travel day.Even though on the map Jamaica is pretty close to Austin.It took all day to get there.I left at like 7:00 in the morning from my house, got to the resort at 7:00 PM on the same time zone too which was nice.When you arrive at HITO you will get checked in.

You’ll get a wristband that works as your door key and as any charges that you want to make to the room.You really won’t have any.Like maybe if you want to get a Red Bull, they’ll charge you 4 bucks to the room and then you will also make a necklace.Everyone’s wearing their necklace.Most of the time here it has your name on it and everything means something on it.

So I actually went to the bathroom when this was being made, my beads, I just had white beads.Every white bead is like how many times you’ve been there?So I had one white bead.Mine was boring.But the string color matters.Yellow is soft swapping, orange is swapping, purple is whatever.

They mean something different, right?So you’ll learn that when you get there.Then there’s beads.There’s black beads if you’re into BDSM, there’s rainbow beads if you’re into same sex.And then there’s some other beads on there.Some people had like their whole string of necklace full of beads.

Some people have been there like 20 times.It’s crazy.Some people have it’s their first time.This was my first time.So the necklace is great because it has your name on it.So it really helps to talk to people, form connections and remember people’s names.Yeah, that’d be very helpful, especially if you’re not wearing a name tag, because there’s no clothing to put a name badge onto.

Yeah, so this night was themed for Pirates in Sea, and since it was already late, oh, this is something I want to say too.Every tip that I read in the Facebook group for newbies said just get naked and dive right in.

Don’t hold back, like just just immerse yourself.But we got there at 7:00 PM and it was dinner time so getting naked was not going to be my option.I didn’t feel uncomfortable though.Maybe I’m just a little bit more adventurous, but I work close to dinner and we went out because of the theme.

They had set up dinner tables all on the beach, so that was really nice.They had buffet tables along a bar.They had a live band.Everybody was dressed in these cool outfits and it’s always cool to like people watch and see all the outfits that people put together.So that was really fun.

We had dinner out there.After dinner, we of course went to the bar.We started talking to people.We met a couple right away who they were kind of starting to explore this lifestyle as well.He was down to swap.She was still unsure.So like I said, there’s a range of people there at different stages of this, but they were really, really nice.

We became friends with them and we hung out with them many times throughout the week that we were there.And what’s funny is as we were talking to them, we started walking.We were going to get like an espresso martini or something.And we ran into this other girl who both Cruz and him at the same time were like hi, they both knew the same girl.

So Cruz knew her from three years ago.And this other guy had come.He was told about this resort from her and invited to come.So we instantly became a group of friends.Nice getting to know each other on the first day, making some friends.Yep Yep.

We had gone back to the room just to like hang out for a second and our room does not have this, but everyone else’s room has a mirror on the ceiling above the bed.Why didn’t your room have?That the prude side still had it, but I think because it was recently remodeled maybe they hadn’t got it back up yet.

Really sad.But I had plenty of experiences with the mirrored ceiling so I’m OK with that.So we were in there.I got my picture with the mirrored ceiling on our friends bed and then we went back out to the party to dance and drink and start talking with more people and guess what kind of a party it was?

Well, you said it was themed, so it was like sea pirates.I don’t know what kind of party was it other than that.So there’s many, many pools on the property.And this particular pool is the foam pool.It was a foam pool party.Oh my gosh, your dreams must have come true right then and there.

They did.I’ve always wanted to do a foam party and I was like, yes, yes, yes, this is amazing.I got in for a little bit and at that point like party was on.Sounds like you don’t have to go to Splash House this year.Oh well, I already have a ticket booked, so I I’m bringing the foam to splash House.

That’s what splash House needs.So we got out.I wasn’t in the pool for that long, but I got out and we saw this couple.Who do you know what flogging is?Is it a type of whip?Yeah, it is a type.It’s like a long stringy whip.

I’d never really seen it.Kind of like a like a tassel at the end.Yeah, yeah, like a tassel.So she was kind of like bent over the bar and he was, it wasn’t like smacking her like hard.It was kind of like flopping it onto her in like the Super sexy way.It was like just drew the attention of everybody watching.

And I was like, wow, that’s so cool.So I had to give that a try.And that was really fun and cool.And then after that, we met another couple who was also watching the flogging.And when the flogging couple became friends too, we hung out with them multiple times throughout the week.

So we met this other couple who they’d been to HITO multiple times.We started talking to them.We went to the hot tub with them on the nude side.And this is not your average hot tub.It’s shaped like almost like a flower and like the petals are enclaves of the hot tub.

So it’s a huge hot tub.It can fit like 102 hundred people maybe.That was cool.That’s my first time in the hot tub.We went there and like I said, I was not part of a lifestyle.I’ve never done swinging things.I’ve never seen it in real life.So this was our first experience.

This really great couple, they’re married, they live in Miami.They’re really friendly and awesome.We were talking with them a bunch and I started kissing the dude in the hot tub and I was like, well, I feel guilty.Like, I feel like I’m doing something I’m not supposed to.And he was like, why don’t you ask him?

And I turn around to Cruz.And I was like, is this OK?He was like, yeah, we’re having fun.And like, from then on, it was like, OK, this is cool.Like, and I don’t know why, but like, that unlock of communication, like, is this OK?Like, it’s not really like something that would ever happen in the real world, Brittany.

Like if you were kissing someone else in the hot tub, Jamal would be losing his shit. 100% absolutely.But it was like supportive and like actually brought you closer to the person in a weird way.And these people became our really, really good friends.

Every time we saw them, we hung out with them and we exchanged information after the resort and they are awesome.And they were just the perfect people to meet the first night.And that’s pretty much what we did the first night and did it around 2:00 AM.And then Sunday came around.So Sunday I slept in probably till like 10.

This is probably the earliest I got up the whole trip.And we hit the breakfast.Buffet love a breakfast buffet so it was all inclusive.So everything at breakfast is obviously included.Was it a good spread?Oh my gosh I was so impressed with the food.Every single buffet was amazing.

The breakfast buffet had a breakfast burrito station, as well as just a ton of other other options for eggs and meats and toasts and waffles and pancakes and French toast.Like everything you could imagine was there.They had fruit and desserts out.The breakfast buffet was one of my favorites.

I loved it.It was so good.We pretty much had it every day and I had a mimosa every morning.Delicious.This day because it’s our first full day, right?So we’re excited.We basically hit the pool party.The pool party always starts at 1:30.We were there at like 11:30.We spent the whole day at the pool and it’s an experience.

I mean, when you get in there, like everyone’s naked, everyone’s talking, everyone’s like dancing and excited.And there’s also entertainment.When the pool party starts, there’s an entertainment crew of men and women who work there, who are there working day in and day out to dance and entertain and emcee.

And I could rave about the crew for forever because they really put in the effort.It kind of reminded me of cruises a little bit.That’s what I was thinking of.This whole all inclusive experience with the buffet and the pool parties and the theme nights reminds me of a cruise.

But much better food than a cruise, I will say, and the entertainment is much more adult.Yeah, there’s no kids running around here.Definitely no kids.So we were at the pool like all day, just talking to people, making friends.So we didn’t eat lunch or anything.

So around 5 or 6, the pool kind of clears out.You really need to go back to your room and nap.That was kind of our routine most days.We went to go nap and then we hit the dinner buffet.There’s always a show with the dinner buffet, so there’s like a big stage, tons of round table seating and then the buffet in the background.

And then you can get drink service at your table or at the bar.And the show, it’s the same crew, but they have different outfits on different music.And the shows are sometimes cheesy, sometimes the music is cheesy, but most of the time it’s very entertaining.So I know you mentioned the dinner buffet.

Is there like some resorts have actual restaurants?Did this resort have any restaurants or was it just buffets for the meal?Did have three restaurants, well I’ll say 4.There’s one that’s by the nude pool that’s more for lunch and then midnight pizza.

There is a steakhouse that also does lunch.There is a hibachi place which was great, and then there’s a pasta and steakhouse.And then another question for you.I know you mentioned there are people there from all different professional backgrounds, but what about like body size?

Great question.Yeah, all different body sizes because it is swing Breakers, it does attract, you know the thirty 40s crowd.So a lot of bodies were your average.There was small, there was average, but there was definitely large too.Every size was there.I mean, I don’t see myself going here, but I was just wondering like do I need a workout?

I go.You would 100% fit in Brittany.I will say though, like if you do have a hot body, there’s going to be a lot of people that want to be your friend.But everyone’s so friendly.

Like everyone is friends with everyone here and there is someone for everyone here.There’s also people from other countries here.Like we had met a Canadian couple.It’s really nice.The more started coming in towards the end of the week, but lots of different accents.I would say was 90% US though.Very interesting.

Very.Then the night party came about.It was Halloween in March.I was dressed as a devil.I wore a little like red lingerie, red heels.But it rained this day, so the party was supposed to be in the courtyard area right outside of the buffet and restaurants.

They had it all set up.It was like Dia de Los Muertos kind of theme.And they had a bar out there, but there was nothing.They cancelled the party.And so we’re walking on the resort like we’re just the party.And we found out that you really do have to ask where the party is because it changes every night.

So we asked one of the workers there and she’s like, it’s in the disco.We’re like, oh, the disco, we didn’t know about the disco.And the disco is just this dance club where they had a DJ dancing bars.We didn’t stay too long because we did meet that Canadian couple and then we just went off and hung out with them and did the night in the hot tub as we did most nights.

It sounds just like you like breakfast buffets.Buffets for everything.Pool parties, clothing optional.Being able to dress up.Till right?Like take the swinger stuff out of it like buffets like you said, pool parties dress up.

This is my place.I know it is.I’m listening to you and I’m like, this has you written everywhere.So I know the next day was Monday and the theme was the pot of the gold.And all I know about this day is you told me that you bought some pasties that were like 4 leaf clovers, right?

That’s all I know, so I’m intrigued.Tell me more about this day.Yeah, those didn’t come out till the end of the night, but we kind of start our day as we always do.Crews went to the gym.He was really good about it.I did not use the gym once.I know we’re recording this.

It’s Wednesday after coming back and I still have not gone to the gym.So we need to fix that soon.But I’m on vacation, right?So he goes to the gym, I sleep in, he comes back, we get ready, we go to the breakfast buffet.We actually met a couple at the breakfast buffet who asked if they could sit down and eat with us, and they were really nice.

They’re from Chicago, There’s a lot of Chicago people here actually.But they were really great.We ended up being really, really good friends with them and hung out with them every single day after that.But we got to chatting with them at breakfast.We kind of went around just a little bit.We hung out a little bit at the beach, but guess where we went?

The pool.The pool party.By this time the pool party actually had gotten going, so we did not show up early again the whole week.We always showed up after 130 from this point on.So the vibes are already going and it’s like when you go from the beach on the prude side where it’s more chill, people are relaxing, recovering, chilling.

Then you Mosey your way down the beach to the pool.It starts to get more and more lively and then you get to the pool and it’s like like music, dancing, naked people, drinks everywhere.My favorite drink to have at the pool party is the vodka slush.

What is that?It took me a while to find my drink, but vodka slush is really vodka ice and like a little bit of lime or lemon juice.I don’t know what they put in it and then they blend it up and that they put in your cup.It’s really good.It goes down so easy.You stay hydrated because of the ice.

They remember you, the bartenders at all of them, but you’re at the pool so much that the the ladies at the pool bar are so funny.Jamaicans in general just have this funniest attitude.Like they’re just chill, but also kind of like, do you hate me or do you love me?

But they at a certain hour, like when the sun starts to go down, they don’t like making frozen drinks anymore.And I ordered a vodka slush and they were like vodka slush at this hour.I wonder why?Like what does the time have to do with anything?I don’t know.And there’s this other drink that we’ll get in the morning called a dirty Banana that’s just banana, ice and rum and the same thing.

At a certain hour they’ll all of a sudden say we don’t have any more bananas.Like I know you do.Yeah, it’s so funny, but this day at the pool party is actually really fun.I think I had the most fun this day.It was just so wild.Like everyone’s in a great mood.

We’re dancing in the pool.Every time someone comes up to you, whether you know them or not, you’re like making out with them.They’re so friendly.You’re looking at your necklace.You’re saying, like, how long have you been in the lifestyle and how many times have you been to HITO?These are questions everyone’s asking and the vibes were really, really good.

Our friends that we met at breakfast were here.We hung out with them in and out of the pool.We were with them like the whole time.Kept the party going.This time we did have lunch at the pool bar.We had jerk chicken and fries.Jerk chicken was really good.You would have liked it.

Cheeseburger, which had potential, like they put the heat O stamp on the bun and it was so cute, but I don’t know, it needed more sauce.It kind of fell apart when you ate it.I did eat it twice even though I knew what I was going to get.But yeah, burger and jerk chicken really good though.

I can always go for some jerk chicken for sure.Absolutely.We got it multiple times actually, and then we just really kept the pool party going at a certain hour.Cruise is so funny with like he’s like it’s time for our nap.He was very on our times.

So we went back to the room, napped, kind of chilled, showered, got ready for the night.We were going to meet some friends at the Hibachi restaurant for dinner.The first couple that we met the first night who knew our other girlfriend, that couple was there and then some new couple friends that we made at the hibachi restaurant.

Hibachi was bomb.I love hibachi.What do you typically get?Chicken, steak, shrimp.What do you do?I usually do steak and shrimp, sometimes they’ll dabble in a little bit of chicken.But yeah, steak and shrimp are my go to’s for sure.Yeah, I did steak.They have, of course, the delicious rice, the Yum Yum sauce, the sauteed veggies.

God, I can eat it again right now.So good.So we’re chit chatting with everyone there, like it’s a very social environment.And then after Hibachi, the party was kind of down by the beach bar my outfit.So bringing it back to the pasties, I had four leaf Clover pasties on and then I had a skirt and like a little halter top that were made of chain and like large gold sequins.

You didn’t end up in the hot tub.Day 4 is Tuesday.At this point I’m like, this is going to be a long week.There’s a lot going on.Yeah, every day You’re you’re partying every single day.So I can imagine you’d be tired by this point.

But I know you, you’re out of country, so you’re going to rally.Yes, and the theme of the night party is going to be EDM.So I’m excited for this one.But we do our routine, we hit the breakfast buffet, we go to the prude beach layout for a bit.I even went into the beach this day.

Then we went over to the pool party and the entertainment’s always going there, right?They have this song Ain’t No Party Like a Heato Party because a Heato party don’t stop and you will hear that song day in and day night out.And I love that song now.

But they also do contests.It’s not just them dancing and providing entertainment.They do contests where they bring people up.Like Mango Deck?Exactly.Yeah, kind of like Mango Deck, but just a little more sexual like.OK.Dick shaking contests And how many different sex positions can you do in 30 seconds?

Did you go?I didn’t.I really wish that I did.We learned about it the night before at Hibachi when we were talking to this other couple.They were going on it, otherwise we would have signed up.I didn’t know about it.They did say there’s a catamaran trip on Tuesday and Thursday, so we did sign up for the Thursday one, but we ended up canceling it because Tuesday catamaran’s at 10:30.

It’s the perfect time.You’re out there for three hours, you go snorkeling, you have fun.It’s also clothing optional.It looked like there were a lot of people on that boat.I was very sad I wasn’t on it.But you get back just in time to go to the pool party.The one on Thursday is a sunset cruise, so there’s no snorkeling.

It started with that beta Breakers.When we were 12 years old in San.Francisco, I’ll let her know.So pool party was a good time, made a lot more friends, like every day.Even though you would think at this point I’ve met everyone, like no, there’s still people you haven’t met, still people you’ve never seen before.

Every single day, even on the last day.How many couples would you say were there?At least 500 couples. 500 How many thruples were there?I only saw one throuple.OK, OK.And they live in Dubai.Interesting, Dubai.

But they were.They’re American, I think, but they reside in Dubai.Very interesting.I know you said most people were 30 to 40.How many people were outside of that age range?So Swing Breakers has a cap.You’re supposed to be 45.Definitely.There were some people over 45.

I think you can get grandfathered in.There was a couple there.They’re from Australia.The lady was four months pregnant.She was in the yeah, she was in the middle pool.That’s not not hot the whole time, pretty much.She even did some of the contests.Oh.My goodness.

Her husband, very dark skinned.He looked like he’d been like at HITO every single day, and in fact, they were staying at HITO for an entire month.Wow, OK.Yeah, very interesting.So they the husband definitely looked a little bit older.

I don’t know how old he actually was, but I think probably 97% of the people were under 45.And how many people were in the 20 year old category?I actually didn’t meet many in the 20s.I don’t even know if I met any.

Well, I feel like by the time you get married and have like a really great solid relationship, you’re probably not in your 20s.You’re probably you’re still developing your relationship and kind of what you want in life so that.Makes sense.No, I I did meet some in their late 20s, actually a couple from San Diego.

But what you’re saying is true.A lot of these couples have been married for 10 or 20 years and but a lot of them have been in the lifestyle for just as long.You would think like, oh, it’s something maybe we want to try.We’ve been married a long time and that’s that is some couples.But there are some couples who had that conversation right out the gate.

We are a non monogamous couple or we’re in the lifestyle and that’s how they met.Very interesting.I know that was one like interesting thing that I found too, just the spectrum of how they got into the lifestyle and how they’ve worked it out in their relationship.Yeah, You know, I, I don’t know much about the lifestyle, of course, but I am in a Facebook group and I, I did see someone post a post about how she was in this lifestyle and how they have them all over the world, these resorts.

And she had listed probably about 8:00 throughout the US and in Europe and in Mexico that she had personally been to.And then she listed a few that she wanted to go to in the future.And I thought that was very interesting because it’s not something that’s talked about a lot and there’s not a lot of information and it’s not anything I had even come across like really prior to this year.

Right, everyone who do we talk to?They’ll say, have you been to any other resorts?And so I learned about a lot of other resorts in the US and in Mexico and what people thought of them and how they ranged.Every single person said Hito was the best one.Do you have one on your list that you plan to go to or hope to go to in the future?

We went to the Pastafari restaurant with our friends that we’d met at breakfast a couple days before.Got pasta and steak, had great conversation, had red wine.It was amazing.Then the night party I had this like black skirt and like bikini top with like rhinestone flames on it and disco ball earrings that glue with different colors.

So there are some rooms by the pool that have these giant windows that you could climb out of.They’re huge windows.It’s a thing that people will go up there, open their windows and have sex in them, and everyone at the pool starts cheering them on.

Oh.My gosh, you have your own personal audience.Yeah, this is the first time I had seen it.And all of a sudden you just hear all this cheering start, and then people start pointing and you’re like, oh.I just want to know how much Viagra and Cialis is used at?

One of the doctors that we’d met, actually a doctor, a nurse couple, they’d met on the job, they’re very cute.We hung out with them almost every day because the doctor would come to the pool in the morning and put his towels out on the chair to reserve the same spot.So we came to see them in the same spot and like if all the chairs were taken, we would put our stuff with them.

And he was kind of advising the men on the regimen of the protocol that they should take with their.Viagra OK.So everybody kept talking about how the entertainment at Fetish night is the best.You have to see it.

And so we did the dinner buffet this night and it was really good.It was Asian night.They had Asian food of all different types of cuisines, from pad Thai, teriyaki, chicken Curry, like every different type you could imagine.They had it.It was so good.

That sounds really good, but as good as the food sounds, I just want to know how people dress up for fetish night.A lot of leather, a lot of chains.I wore these furry handcuffs on one of my hands and I wore like a leather skirt that laced up and like a kind of like black lace up top.

People were wearing some crazy stuff that I had never seen before.But that’s like part of what’s cool about the theme nights is you get to see how people dress up and like just the crazy stuff that they’re wearing.But a lot of leather, a lot of chains.OK.And the entertainment was good.

Oh my gosh, the entertainment was so good.Like we’ve talked about Magic Mike and how it’s exciting.Like that’s kind of how it was.The men came out and did some Magic Mike stuff, the crowds going wild.There was a lady that worked there who would be part of the entertainment all the time.

But she came out and they were chains hanging from the ceiling and she grabbed onto the chains and she was like doing all these like trapeze type aerial things on the chains.Chains wrapped around her body like flipping around and there were different like circle trapeze things that would come down and they would kind of dancer.

The women did their Magic Mike S performances.Everything was ultra sexy.The men and the women danced together.The show was really, really good that night.And it was long too.It was like an hour long.Wow, that is a long show, getting people wound up for the rest of the night.

And they surely did.This was the craziest night party.Once the show ended, the night party was out in the garden immediately when you exit.And so it just went from crazy show to party.And they had cages set up.So the dancers who were just doing the show then went to the cages and were putting on more of a show.

There’s of course, ADJ.And I haven’t talked about this yet, but the playroom is right there.Do you have any idea what a playroom is, Brittany?In my mind it would be a room where there’s a lot of swings, mirrors, toys, things that you could play with.

I don’t know, but like I imagine a big room where you can have orgies in.I’m not sure.Yeah, there’s definitely that.And I thought a playroom would just be one room, but it’s a building with a lot of rooms.And you go in there, you have to take your clothes and shoes off and it’s like red dim lighting.

There are mirrors all over.There’s beds all over.And they do change the sheets immediately.So there’s that.There’s condoms there.I didn’t really see toys.There is a sex swing that’s like a big sturdy one with like chains you can hold on to.It’s pretty fun to sit in.

But not only that, like there’s different rooms with doors.You open a door, you go through, you’re in another room and there’s showers in there.There’s pools in there, like Roman baths, like the sounds of the water coming down.It’s all very sexy and like fetish night.

OK, This is one of the craziest things I saw.There was like a lady blindfolded and her hands were strapped to like this board, and this man was behind her flogging her.It was just like very peaceful.She was there and he wasn’t hurting her.

You know, it wasn’t hard, but I was like, wow, but this sexy.So you’d see all kinds of stuff in there, but that’s where the party ended.How are you feeling by this day?What do you mean by that?It’s a lot of partying.

You’re up all night sleeping in a little bit and you kind of have your routine.Are you feeling like it’s the same thing every day?Are you still excited every day for a new theme?Yeah, that’s such a good question because day 6 is Thursday.We could have left that, you know, the five day minimum you could lift Thursday.

Part of me did wish that I was leaving with the five.Like it, it does feel a little bit like, you know, same thing every day, you know, sex, pool party, blah, blah, blah.It’s, you know, but it’s still fun.So once you get to the pool party, it’s it’s still fun.

But like I said, if I were to go again, I would leave.Go out with a bang on fetish night.Yeah, it seems like a good night to go out on a bang with.So the next day, Thursday, of course, we slept in pretty late because we were out late and it was a long day at the pool.And then fetish night was so crazy that we slept in and by the time I got out of the room it was probably like one or two o’clock already.

And we didn’t do the buffets for breakfast or anything.But the steakhouse is actually on the beach, and during the day it’s kind of like a beach bar.So went, had lunch, had another one of those burgers that falls apart.But right in this area too is the pool where they have the foam party.

So there’s another foam pool party going down.Is the foam colored or is it just white foam?What’s going on with the foam?It’s white foam.They have this like big foam machine hung up on a rack above the pool and it’s just pushing out foam into the pool.OK.Yeah, so, but where we were sitting at this beach bar is right in front of that pool, so we could see.

And the entertainment was the human car wash.OK, so people are just lathering each other.Lathering each other up, using their bodies to car wash each other.And that was very entertaining to watch.And a lot of the same people do the contest, so I’m like rooting for certain people that I’ve made friends.

With and, this is a day that you could have done the cataran tour, but you decided not to go.Yeah, they kept advertising it too during this pool party.Like get on the catamaran, it’s leaving at 3, but we’d already cancelled it because we didn’t want to miss the other pool party that goes down.

Like I it would have been still down to go on the catamaran.But Cruz loves his pool parties and I’m glad we did go to the pool party because pool party is always fun.But you definitely did see a different vibe here.Like I said, some people left, so a lot of people that we were friends with did leave.

And then you start to see a little bit of newcomers, maybe a little bit of an older crowd.So you had said that a lot of people left.What percentage of the people that were there left, would you say 25%, 50%?Yeah, that’s a good question.

Maybe something like 25%.I don’t know.It’s hard to tell because a lot of the people that we made friends with, that we hung out with a lot did leave.So it felt like a lot, but I don’t know exactly really how many.And then you said new people were coming in, but they’re not really there for the swing break then, right, because they’re kind of missing the end.

So is it opening back up to just kind of a normal resort or are they there for a new event?I was trying to ask people, hey, did you just get here?Is there a takeover?Because that’s kind of like a theme.I couldn’t actually find anyone to talk to who could answer that question for me.

So I don’t know.It was not so much new people this night.Then definitely the next night it got to be more.That was our last night.So I wish I could answer that, but it’s always a swingers resort.Yeah, that I got.I got that.And then this night was Space Cowboys night or Wild Wild West.

So I had worn this like silver underwear outfit that had like a band around your legs and then these arm things.And the party was out on the deck by the buffet in the pool.And it was so hot this night that while we were dancing, I’d like took my top off and was dancing topless and it was so fun.

You just needed another vodka slush to rehydrate you.I know, but they won’t pour it at night.So Thursday we we’re doing all the dancing and one of the couples that we had met this really great nice couple that we really headed off with.

We ended up hanging out with them until 6:00 in the morning this night. 6:00 in the morning.This was definitely the latest that we ever stayed up.We went to the hot tub.We were partying with them.So Friday, our last day, we were done.

We slept in till like one in the afternoon.Usually crews would get up and go to the gym.He didn’t even go to the gym.I actually woke up earlier than him and got in the shower, which was crazy.So we slept in very, very late and we didn’t hit the breakfast buffet because it was already over.

We did hit the lunch buffet at least.You got to eat something.Right.There’s always something open.The lunch buffet was my least favorite of the three options.Breakfast and dinner were better.But because it’s the last day, like a lot of people at this point are chilling too.So we saw our friends from the first night.

They sat down with us.We were talking for a couple hours, eating, exchanging information.Everyone that we made friends with that we wanted to stay connected with, we got their information.Mostly on this day, we’re just kind of hanging out.Oh, what we did do before we went to the pool party is we went next door to Sandals.

You have to be back by 6:00 PM.We went over there not really to enjoy Sandals, but just to get a picture.That’s a thing especially for people their first time going to HITO they go to Sandals to get a picture to say they were at Sandals instead of HITO, which is what I this.

You know, it’s kind of nice just to have this like underground world of travel and resorts.But Friday, right?So last day, they still carry on.It doesn’t matter what day it is, Hito will always have a party.The HITO party don’t stop like the song says, and the masquerade theme was going on.

One other special thing about this night was it’s lobster night.Everyone’s talking about it’s lobster night.It’s lobster night.You don’t even like seafood.I know that’s what I said, but all the other restaurants were closed because it’s special lobster night and it’s masquerade night, so people are dressed up a little bit nicer.

So we did the buffet.The entertainment was whatever.Nothing like fetish night entertainment.But we sat there, we talked with friends that we sat with at our table, and then they did the party in the courtyard again.The only cool thing about this night was they had like fireworks go off.

They had a bunch of balloons dropped down, so that was fun.That was a nice way to kind of end the the week that we were there.HITO does give you this card when you check in.It’s like a bingo card of things you need to do.One of them is take your pick at sandals.One of them is have sex on a day bed.

One of them is drink a coconut cooler.So the day bed one I was like, I need to scratch that off this list.And so we had someone in one time just ourselves and didn’t do anything too crazy that night.Everyone said goodbye to each other and we called it a night because I had to get up at 5:00 in the morning for a 6:00 AM pickup.

You love doing that to yourself.Those early morning flights.You did that in Mexico after Nicole’s wedding.Here you are in Jamaica.Oh my God, and at this point I’m starting to feel sick which is why reminder bring the medicine to boost your immune system.Because I was feeling so sick I asked the driver to stop somewhere so I could get like a water and Advil and cough drops because I’m starting to feel really shitty.

But made it home, had a good time.Like I was nervous going into it.I didn’t know if I was going to like it.In my experiences, I don’t like being prowled on out in the world, you know, but I ended up having just the best time and I would definitely go back and I’m even looking into some other resorts.

And it’s like when you’re trying to watch something and you kind of cover an eye, like you want to hear about it, but like you’re not like actually going to participate.So that’s where I am.I’ve heard a lot of the resorts like Temptation and Caliente, all of them are more tame than this Hedo Spring Breakers wig.
